Thank you for shopping with Reva, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Items must be returned with in a period of 30 calendar days from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unaltered, in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after a jeweller has inspected the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund either to your credit card or original payment method. Payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7 further business days for the funds to appear in your account. If the item was purchased using Afterpay only a store credit to the amount of the items purchase price will be issued, alternatively all refunds are to be followed up through afterpay by the consumer.
If you believe your items are faulty, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law. All warranty issues are to be assessed by our jewellers before approving any replacement items or refunds.
Please retain your proof of purchase to assist with your warranty claim.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
