Reva’s Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Reva, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are to be presented in-store within 7 days of purchase in perfect condition and unworn. In the event a customer would like to return an item a store credit only will be offered.

Faulty Items

If you believe your items are faulty, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law. All warranty issues are to be assessed by our jewellers before approving any replacement items or refunds.

Please retain your proof of purchase to assist with your warranty claim.
If you cannot return items to the store, if you received your item as a gift, or for assistance or questions about how or where to make a warranty claim, please email | shop@revaattilba.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
